Live citation
The model never types numbers.
When Ask the Playbook generates an answer, it composes prose around labeled slots. The platform fills those slots by calling tools — vendor ledger, contract record, invoice query — and renders each value with a citation. If a value can't be cited, the answer doesn't render.
Hover any cited number to see the source tool, the timestamp, and the exact row of data that backs it.
Example · Dead Flowers
You've spent $4.2M with Dead Flowers across 14 events YTD. At Tier 2 volume, your expected discount is 12%; the Immersion LA 2026 quote is at 7% — a 5pt gap worth pushing back on.
- Spend YTD · NetSuite · vendor-dead-flowers · sum(invoices)
- Events YTD · Playbook engagements · vendor-dead-flowers · count
- Expected discount · Vendor tier table · Tier 2 threshold $3.0M
- Quote discount · Quote document · IMMLA-2026-DF-001 · clause 3.2
Every number above is grounded — none was typed by the model.
