Theme tokens swap at runtime per tenant. Domain logic, copy, and mock-data are unchanged — the same 4 KPI tiles, the same AI banner, the same chart. Only color, typography, and logo adapt to the tenant. We have brand kits for 2 of 3 tenants on file (NVE plus the two client lockups), so a new client theme is a one-day setup, not a fork of the codebase.
